Nercon was founded by James Nerenhausen in Oshkosh, Wisconsin as a full-service engineering facility and manufacturer of custom material and conveyor systems.  In 1982, the Neroco division was formed in Oconto, Wisconsin to provide machining and fabricating services for the entire Nercon organization.  Over the past several years, the company has grown dramatically through its own grown and acquisition of Taylor Conveyer and Rolco International Inc.  Ganther has built and modified manufacturing, distribution and office facilities for both locations over several decades.
