Ganther was chosen to design and build-out a 1,500 square foot retail space on the northeast side of Appleton. To reduce costs, we worked with the tenant to find areas of cost savings that they could do themselves without jeopardizing the quality, code compliance or completion schedule for occupancy. We also worked out a deal with the landlord to pay for the improvements and amortize the costs of the length of the lease to help with the tenant’s cash-flow situation.
