Working with their lender, we helped realize our client’s dream of owning and operating their own tennis facility. We located and helped them acquire their site from the local municipality, assisted with Tax Incremental Financing (TIF), designed, built and furnished a state-of-the-art tennis center. The 47,000 square foot building was completed several weeks ahead of schedule, without a single change order.
