Ganther was selected to design and build this one-story retail and office building on West College Avenue, one of Appleton’s resurging retail centers. The steel-frame, 23,720 square foot building features several national and regional businesses; including a popular HuHot restaurant on the south end of the building. The style of the building is Romanesque with classic lines, pilasters, crown moldings, and a combination of split-face block, E.F.I.S. and brick.
