Fratello’s Waterfront Restaurant & Fox River Brewery | Oshkosh, WI and Appleton, WI

Ganther transformed the former Vulcan Hydroelectric Power Plant into a multi-level restaurant with stunning views of the Fox River. This was the third restaurant project completed for our client. This facility has 7500 square feet, a private dining area, bar, seating for 185 guests and a custom-designed wine cellar. The décor has exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, modern lighting, glass and metal sculptures and a vibrant color palette.
