Once the home of T & J Manufacturing in downtown Oshkosh, we helped our client realize a lifelong dream of creating a waterfront pub and restaurant with an old-world feel. The 40,000 square foot building can accommodate 281 patrons inside and also has a 6,000 square foot paver brick patio on the Fox River.
