Bella Vista and Bella Vista Manor  | Oshkosh, WI

This project involved a complete renovation of a 290,000 square foot former acute care hospital into a five-star senior community. Although the project had many unforeseen conditions, there were no cost overruns or schedule delays. The original structure was built in the 1920s as the Mercy Medical Center, and in 2008 was transformed into a multi-use, multi-generation, self-contained luxury living community. Bella Vista has many of the amenities of a five-star hotel and is truly one-of-a-kind with 111 independent living units, 36 assisted living units, 34 market-rate apartments, full-service salon and spa, concierge, fitness center, fine dining and a café that’s also open to the community.
