Ganther worked closely with Pathway Senior Living to analyze this former apartment building and develop cost-effective, yet code-compliant solutions to convert this aging apartment building into a first-class Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) on the City of Green Bay's east side.  The facility has 58 one and two bedroom apartments for adults 65 and over.  Residents have access to beautifully appointed gathering spaces including a community dining room, exercise room, private dining room, lounge area and outdoor patio with garden space.
